Professional Experience

Job Functions

Based within the facility informatics community and reporting to the Director of Clinical Informatics, this role serves as super user for clinicians and ensures clinical applications are well supported at every stage of deployment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of and provide ongoing support for corporate and division-wide standardization, utilization, integration, and optimization activities related to the EHR and other clinically related technologies.
• Develop, execute, and support education plans, tools, and resources focused on the EHR and other clinical informatics initiatives, including training and onboarding of new providers and staff.
• Coordinate, support, and complete project assessments, project advancements, parameter settings, workflow mapping, tools, and resources focused on clinical informatics initiatives including provider order entry and documentation, standard clinical documentation, Meaningful Use, and other technology that supports clinician workflow.
• Participate in the company-wide community of informatics by working with the Director of Clinical Informatics and facility peers to ensure clinical applications are well supported throughout the facility.

Qualifications & Experience
