A key member of the Client Support team, the Client Support Manager advances client onboarding, adoption, and product usage for assigned retail clients, delivering actionable, accurate, and timely insights and recommendations. As the Lending Client Support Manager, this role oversees customer experience and operational execution across the lending pipeline, directing Lending Client Associates and coaching employees to meet bank and regulatory requirements. The Consumer Lending leadership counts on this work to address high-level pipeline risks, while the Lending Market Leader depends on it for new hire development.


Scope of Work

  • Proven track record of outstanding ability to motivate and influence others to accomplish objectives, presenting oneself assertively, convincingly and with confidence to establish credibility and respect.
  • Prior experience working in Underwriting/Fulfillment and in Sales Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and solutions, including regulatory and product guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of banking (credit and deposit) products and services.
  • Proven leadership skills, including direct and indirect leadership.
