• On site visits with the Acquisition Specialist to set the project details
• Project development in all the design stages and constant review during the progression
• Environmental, legal, and regulatory issues evaluation
• Contribution to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures
• Development of detailed design projects for the renovation works related to the group’s properties
• Preparation of the design draft and the bill of quantities
• Preparation of the final project layout with measurements, type of materials used and the statement of work 
• Site visits to monitor construction progresses and estimation of the costs
• Implementation of the BIM technology throughout the design and construction process
• Create Modify Revit Models to the required LOD based on Point Cloud, CAD Drawings
• Collaborate with the Project Team comprising Architecture, Structure and MEPF Modelers

• Lead on developing some specific Revit Modeling content for the project
• Prepares Architectural BIM models and sets of construction drawings which may include general arrangement/layout drawings and detailed Architectural drawings.
• Performs related BIM modeling/technical support tasks 
• Verifying BIM model integrity, performs clash detection
• Collaborates with other disciplines, plots drawings, assembles drawing packages
• Prepares transmittals, file management and/or filing prints
• Makes simple calculations, and coordinates specifications with drawings, etc.
• Interacts with other engineering disciplines, other engineering firms, contractors, and vendors.
• Reference information from vendor prints, catalogs, technical manuals, etc. to advance the BIM model.
