The BIM Architect owns the full BIM delivery of landscape architectural projects, from 3D modelling of hardscape and softscape elements through to coordinated drawing packages and clash detection sessions. Working closely with the BIM Lead and cross-disciplinary teams, the BIM Architect builds and maintains model databases, family libraries, and standard procedures that ensure quality and on-time delivery across all design stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with BIM Lead in the BIM delivery of various projects.
• Create 3D models of landscape architectural elements including hardscape, softscape, furniture, lighting, and related components to support various design stages.
• Develop sheets and drawing packages including plans, typical details, and schedules.
• Participate in coordination, troubleshooting, and clash detection sessions with internal and external disciplines.

Required Qualifications

Primary Duties

• Participate in all project phases including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and production.
