1. BS in Audiovisual Communications with 2 years of Experience

  • Working experience with AV and video teleconferencing technologies
  • Basic experience with ZOOM and ZOOM Voice products
  • Understanding of and ability to troubleshoot signal paths for AV networks
  • Experience with networked AV technology with the ability to read and interpret AV drawings
  • Prior experience within a help desk or service desk environment

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or other CAD software
