1. BA in International Relations with 4 years of Experience
- Experience in AML compliance, preferably at a large broker or other financial institution with an international customer base
- Subject Matter Expert for CIP and CDD requirements, and extensive knowledge of AML regulations, industry or regulatory standards and expectations.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to develop compliance solutions that satisfy relevant regulations while executing sound business judgment
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or similar certification
- Experience in Financial Services and Solid academic background
- Experience managing a Compliance team
- Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and Financial Institutions business and relevant products/services (e.g. Letters of Credit, Trade Finance, Clearing)
- Ability to understand changes to BSA/AML laws and regulations and report the impact of changes to senior management.
2. BS in Accounting with 3 years of Experience
- Able to demonstrate a team player attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A self-starter with a proactive and dynamic style and a high degree of attention to detail
- An analytical approach with good research skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
- A high level of integrity and professionalism
- Experience in (AML/CTF) or a compliance role within the financial services sector would represent a strong asset for this position
- Experience and knowledge of Funds would be an advantage but not essential

- Relevant qualification in Associate AML Professional (AAMLP)/ Certified AML Professional (CAMLP) is the definite advantage
