- Good general AML knowledge with proven experience working in the financial services industry
- In-depth understanding of the United Kingdom regulatory environment/policies/legal framework as relate to AML, Sanctions and ABC
- An understanding of financial crime risks
- An understanding of legal entity structures and organisation
- Sound knowledge on key emerging technologies e.g., Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), FinTech, Data Analytics is an added advantage
- Solid understanding of AML regulations for corporate/private banking.
- Candidates with Compliance Assurance/Testing experience would also be considered
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Certified Public Account (CPA) and Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
- Desire to obtain CPA, CAMS, CFE, or similar

2. BA in Business Administration with 4 years of Experience
- Working knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance and controls within the banking, financial services or fintech
- Excellent research and communication skills
- Fluency in English.
- Ability in a third language would be advantageous
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, complex problem resolution and initiative
- Familiarity with Microsoft office tools and other software.
- ACAMS or relevant certification

- Excellent research skills and familiarity with conducting complex due diligence investigations
- Experience at Policy/Procedure development
- Experience at operating in international environment
- Experience of stakeholder management.
- Strong working knowledge of the UK ML Regulations, JMLSG Guidance, AML typologies
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple European jurisdictions is an asset
- Good understanding of wholesale banking products and risks associated with high-risk industries
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across FLoD and SLoD
- Excellent judgement, research, and analytical skills

5. BA in Law with 5 years of Experience
