Reporting to the Agile Release Train organisation, the Senior Agile Scrum Master leads Scrum teams in SAFe, Kanban, and other Agile methods while facilitating team-level events and assisting the Release Train Engineer for train-level events. Partnering with development teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and managers, the Senior Agile Scrum Master builds high-performing team dynamics through continuous coaching, impediment removal, and cross-team coordination on the Agile Release Train.

What You'll Do

• Educates and mentors teams in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other Agile methods to ensure the agreed-upon Agile process is followed and delivers value to customers.
• Facilitates team-level events and assists the Release Train Engineer for train-level events.
• Removes impediments and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
• Helps the team coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train and communicates status to management as needed.
• Coaches development teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and managers in Agile practices and values.

Required Qualifications

• Agile certifications required.
• Experience in an Agile environment, preferably in SAFe, Scrum, and/or Kanban.
• Experience in the SAFe Agile framework.
• Experience working across multiple technical, software, or business unit teams to develop software solutions.
• Exceptional working knowledge of Agile technology delivery and tools.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand business and technology concepts quickly and facilitate those conversations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of Agile transformations and coaching.
• Familiarity with Agile assessment and coaching.
• Proficiency in English.
