Job Summary:

• Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs for MCAT tutors and instructors, including Blueprint MCAT curriculum, instructional strategies, engagement practices, and common student issues. 
• Interview and select tutor candidates through rigorous application process
• Develop and refine instructor- and tutor-facing resources to assist MCAT instructors and tutors in delivering high-quality lessons
• Observe and evaluate live lessons for instructor performance management
• Advise tutors on how to support students through difficult prep problems such as score plateaus and accelerated timelines
• Provide data related to student engagement, outcomes, and satisfaction for each instructor
• Provide MCAT expertise as needed to other teams, such as assisting with the planning of marketing events, the development of new content, or consulting on the development of new products

Job Summary:

• Deliver high-quality training, following training requirements and specifications (e.g. lesson plans, curriculum, syllabi) by applying appropriate educational methods to engage students in the learning process
• Deliver Train the Trainer staff trainings
• Deliver custom catch up and/or make up lessons to individual students or groups of students
• Provide academic assistance to students and prospective students

• Coach and develop UP Academy instructional leadership team members toward network and school priorities, particularly related to intellectual preparation and responding to data
• Conduct regular classroom observations and co-observations and provide high-leverage formal and informal feedback to teachers and school instructional leadership teams

• Ensure systems and structures to support high-quality curriculum implementation are in place and executed with quality
