The Talent Assistant will report directly to the Vice President of People and play a crucial role in supporting the Talent team's diverse functions. This position encompasses responsibilities across recruiting, learning and development, and employee relations, ensuring effective and streamlined operations within these domains.

1. Talent Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in creating an exceptional candidate experience and effective and efficient candidate management
  • Support the Learning and Development Team in creating an exceptional, effective and efficient learning experience for employees
  • Support the Human Resources team in creating an exceptional, effective and efficient employee experience
  • Communicate regularly with supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities

2. Talent Assistant Skills, Abilities and Experience

  • Associates degree or above preferred with two years' professional experience
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Patience with a "can do" attitude
