This position involves collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, creating job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. The individual also ensures adherence to recruitment policies, tracks key hiring metrics, and contributes to continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies.

1. Recruitment Administrator Accountabilities

  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for candidate and client interaction and communication via telephone and email.
  • Interview Scheduling: Apply experience with high-volume interview scheduling.
