WHAT DOES A FOREMAN DO?

Updated: Dec 30, 2025 - The Foreman supports the delivery of CSUK's sustainability activities by contributing to the creation of Work Package Plans, Risk Assessments, and offering recommendations for Temporary Works solutions. This position identifies potential hazards, ensures the maintenance of all plant and tools, and implements necessary actions and controls to uphold safety standards. This role facilitates the production and delivery of Task Briefing Sheets, oversees plant operator performance, and stays current with legislative changes to reinforce the Health & Safety and Environmental Policies.
