Job Summary: 

• Assist the department manager in developing, implementing, and managing a formal inventory control program which includes both inventory cycle counts and year-end physical count
• Investigate, report, and provide explanations for inventory variances to the department manager
• Manage the flow of goods for LMI Kanban shipment including overseeing daily shipment, adding or taking off parts, reviewing and adjusting quantity periodically
• Optimize of inventory storage at LMI Vancouver (storage room and production floor)
• Oversight of inventory adjustments (including scrap and write-off), adjustment approvals and reporting
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis

Job Summary: 

• Implement and coordinate inventory strategy and processes for controlling and maintaining stock accuracy to support Lucid’s Service organization
• Manage stock and oversee flow for all items of Central and Local Service Parts warehouses, coordinating, monitoring and challenging the performance of the 3PL partner from product put away to picking
• Manage stock integrity between the different IT systems and be accountable for stock accuracy
• Support stock definition and level in the Service Center locations, provide guidance and training to Parts Advisors
• Coordinate stock performance by collecting data from multiple Service Centers, warehouses and running various analyses (ABC analysis, picking path optimization, productivity, safety stock definition, etc)
• Coordinate with Warehouse team to resolve stock discrepancies, research root causes of inventory discrepancies and identify process, system, and training improvements
• Define and execute a strategy to minimize potential obsolescence at the warehouses and Service Center level and assist with forecasting EOL Service Parts
• Ensure compliance with parts storage
• Continuously improve efficiencies and create clear communications for leadership
