• Confer with other engineering team and cross-functional team members on a frequent basis to generate, check, and approve necessary engineering documentation required for material procurement and quality assurance of products designed 
• Maintain intimate working knowledge of the program master timeline and its relation to engineering deliverables. 
• Follow the Product Development Process and generate the necessary documentation to support the successful execution of Phase sign-offs.
• Develop and/or co-develop engineering test fixtures that sufficiently evaluate products and respective performance.
• Initiate and co-operate in cost reduction, and VAVE activities.
• Support production site activities: support failure analysis, design improvements and quality issues driven by customers and the production site.
• Aid program management activities.
• Pursue professional development through training, solicit feedback on performance, and utilize constructive criticism towards improvement.
• Development of intellectual property and completion of patent applications.
