- Ensure that test data meet established standards for accuracy, repeatability, reproducibility, and dependability
- Define the scope of delivery based on the contract and monitor the work with the aim of reducing risk exposure and creating opportunities for additional sales.
- Lead engineering teams working with the various gas turbine and plant systems.
- Coordinate technology-related work between different manufacturing units for different parts of the delivery, e.g., gas turbine, boiler, and steam turbine.
- Oversee project teams to develop and lead engineering and design projects for various clients, both nationally and internationally.
- Develop cost-effective engineering solutions for the mineral sands and iron ore industry.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting of costs, and tracking progress to schedule.
- Model and develop metallurgical models with optimization algorithms directed towards improving costs, time, material, and energy consumption.
- Engineer and adopt the metallurgical models to match the project and customer requirements
- Test the models in a simulation environment to the satisfaction of the project and customer goals.
- Provide support to the Sales and Service team
