• Load/unload vehicles with bikes
• Dock/undock bikes at stations
• Respond to station emergencies such as accidents for the purpose of cleaning up debris and delivering/replacing station components

• Communicate with dispatch using the provided phone/radio/GPS unit interface
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance such as replacing bulbs and fluids

Job Summary: 

• Assist the Operations Supervisor with sustaining a productive and motivated workforce by screening, training, developing and evaluating personnel required to meet service commitments

• Fill in for drivers, possibly for multiple product lines, who are absent, to ensure consistent service
