Job Summary: 

• Work in the software engineering team, developing software for cloud PaaS and satellite mission control systems.
• Contribute to the initial design, development, testing, and deployment of world-class CI/CD and deployment pipelines and robust DevOps practice to support highly scalable and secure PaaS and mission planning platforms.
• Be responsible for operationalizing and automating the deployment, configuration, and monitoring for the new cloud services in their own data centers.
• Work within an agile engineering team, contributing to agile development practices, helping ensure that the team iteratively delivers high-quality software.
• Help maintain and improve the existing Kubernetes cluster, which has a service-mesh implemented for secure communications between services running across datacentres.
• Program, maintain, and debug device drivers such as serial data transfer interfaces, USB host/device, and filesystem backends
• Create stable asynchronous workflows to maximise performance, data throughput, and responsiveness of the system while keeping structures simple and maintainable.
• Perform power rail and RF measurements with the ability to correlate results with application code in the target.
• Learn, implement, debug, and develop existing and new standards or protocols together with the team.
• System environments include barebone and RTOS running on single core, multicore, or multiple CPUs.
• Debug and analyze reported problems and escalated incidents
• Draft operational guidelines, procedures, installation notices, and scripts for the integration, installation, and upgrade of the aforementioned component services
• Participate in the 2nd line support, Problem Management, and on-call standby service
• Intervention on ICT infrastructure (Workstation, peripherals, etc)
• Perform patching and software deployment operations
