- Assisting the Funds Team in all operations and controls, performing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and FATCA/CRS reviews.
- Serving as the system administrator and lead BA for the firm's digital investment platform, iCapital Network
- Facilitating and coordinating the subscription process
- Running UAT on system implementation and upgrades, and documenting results
- Assisting with reference data management initiatives
- Handling day-to-day processing and reviews of investor trades
- Carrying out AML checks and reporting of shareholder trading activity
