Job Summary: 

• Enforcement of SOPs related to receiving, cycle counting, replen, de-slotting, and picking to achieve all related KPIs at the 3PL warehouse and custom vendors
• Provide monthly target control sheets and data for inventory control KPIs within the 4-wall warehouse at GEODIS
• Drive process to achieve best-in-class inventory controls at the 3PL warehouse
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships based on respect and trust with all third-party custom vendors
• Implement, manage, and enforce processes to achieve best-in-class inventory controls and reporting
• Introduce methodology to track inventory through the order, shipment, receipt, and storage of Vineyard Vines inventory at custom vendors
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams, addressing inventory control issues at the 3PL warehouse and custom vendors
• Be the point person representing inventory control on all special projects related to the 3PL warehouse and custom vendors
• Coordinate and expedite from the 3PL warehouse, missing inventory on key transfers to custom vendors
• Continuously assess and evaluate systems, procedures, and capabilities related to custom vendors in supporting the Vineyard Vines business growth
• Oversee the disposable scrap inventory that is not sellable
• Maintain vendor audit and chargeback process utilizing logs

Job Summary: 

• Drive Cycle count program by issuing daily counts to the floor, processing and reporting results
• Resolve customer and agent-reported discrepancies quickly and accurately
• Make appropriate system adjustments in the ERP
• Perform assigned Inventory Control Key Performance Indicator reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action
• Assist in the Excess and Obsolete program
• Processing all RMA transactions to include printing, logging in, root cause analysis and resolution
• Maintain the Quality hold area and reconcile transactions within 24 hours
• Distribute the daily back order report when all counts are completed
• Assist the warehouse in locating material
• Process credit/debit orders
• Publish reports for the KPI board
• Drive continuous improvement across the business capabilities, applying ABS and good economic decision-making

Job Summary: 

• Reviews and evaluates the floorplan inventory audit results
• Monitors portfolio performance, evaluates audit and related data to identify and communicate high-risk situations
• Recommends appropriate audit frequency based on policy and apparent risk
• Participates in on-site audits where risk necessitates involvement
• Reports on audit-related data
• Interfaces with dealer personnel to clear audit exceptions
• Supports inventory floorplan aspects of problem account handling, including dealers with status of SOT, bankruptcy, or liquidation
• Supports the workout group in managing liquidations
• Participates in the onsite due diligence and dealership monitoring processes
• Evaluates and reports on the performance of the audit vendor for scheduling and quality metrics purposes
