Job Summary: 

• Drive and influence internal country HR/Payroll teams and Workday Technical developers to meet Project commitments
• Lead the Integrations project workstream for the transformation project by managing work activities and overseeing the partnership between business teams and Workday technical integration developers
• Bridge between the business and technical teams, track progress, chair workshops, manage action logs, follow up to deliver, and lead internal stand-up meetings
• Building a fundamental understanding of business requirements and technical constraints for core HCM integrations
• Optimize outcomes to achieve the best solutions possible given requirements, technical capabilities, and time available
• Plan electromagnetic compatibility, battery discharge, vibe/shock, and electrical integration testing.
• Partner with components, Systems, test teams, and test facilities.
• Support pre-flight assembly activities at Vandenberg Space Force Base, coordinate receipt of flight test data, process and distribute data to stakeholders.
• Coordinate data processing of flight test data via the Sandia ground station.
• Provide staff development and mentorship
• Support Air Force discussions, manage system-level and component requirements, organize system-level reviews, and provide guidance for ground test leads.
