Job Summary: 

  • Input superbill forms into the system daily for UHC and private insurance companies
  • Reconcile student insurance charges at the beginning of each semester with the assistant bursar
  • Budget management, monthly and annual distribution of funds
  • Reconcile monthly and submit a report to the Dean of Students' office, the Budget office and the Director
  • Purchase Requisitions at the beginning of the fiscal year and sporadically throughout the year
