  • Ability to complete the agency Home Health Aide Competency Exam with an 85% or better

4. BS in Social Work with 3 years of Experience

  • Successful completion of the Certified Nursing Assistant course. 
  • Experience as a CNA/Home Health Aide in a Medicare Certified Program
  • Able to CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant, CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider, CHPNA - Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse Assistant
  • Must communicate (both orally and in writing) effectively with patients and families. 
  • Ability to provide safe and thorough care. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Ability to effectively exercise tact, initiative and good judgment in dealing with patients and families.
  • Good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state of licensure.

5. BA in Biology with 1 year of Experience
