  • Be able to respond within a 45-minute response time.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and families, as well as awareness of one’s feelings about death and dying.
  • Ability to independently provide a high standard of care in unstructured environments
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate well (oral, written, and listening skills).
  • Be able to receive and manage sensitive information professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Be able to handle stressful situations calmly and be emotionally mature.

3. BS in Health Sciences with 2 years of Experience

  • Experience as a Registered Nurse in medical-surgical, home health, or hospice.
  • Must hold Basic Life Support 
  • Demonstrated experience providing care planning within a community setting (continuum of care).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to transfer/position patients 
  • Basic laptop skills, including the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Reliable and timely with work schedule.
