Job Summary: 

• Assists in the translation of INC business requirements to application configuration specifications.
• Develops and documents policies and procedures as they relate to applications used by INC. Documents system specifications, training instructions, and reporting requirements.
• Serves as an expert for one or more major INC applications, acts as a resource to other analysts and INC Finance, and fosters two-way communication within the department and with end users.
• Maintains current knowledge of Access, Epic, SAP, and HCM reporting and functionality.
• Assists with daily procedures and creates ad-hoc reports for enhanced Physician and INC Finance tracking.
