Job Summary: 

• Participate in the determination of eligibility and recruit candidates for study participation - screening, informed consent, randomizing participants, collecting baseline data 
• Follow-up data, coordinating the collection of research-related lab samples
• Record data in study databases such as REDCap and Access and run reports for study monitoring and study meetings
• Review the EHR for pertinent medical and historical information to ensure that only appropriate subjects are enrolled in the trials
• Draft and edit study documents, including protocols and informed consents
• Prepare and process new IRB research proposals and amendments
• Continuing review of applications and adverse events according to institutional and departmental policies and procedures and federal regulations
• Assist senior personnel in scheduling and executing meetings, including drafting, updating, and circulating agendas and meeting minutes

• Compile updates and track trends on state and federal legislation and regulations impacting Centene plans and products and recommend appropriate courses of action
