  • Work with Divisional food safety leadership to build the PSP and preventive controls
  • Oversee ongoing compliance with the PSP
  • Document corrective actions that may have occurred,
  • Oversee compliance with finished container specification,
  • Ensure environmental monitoring and water safety checks are conducted per schedule
  • Keep all documents and risk-based preventive controls associated with the PSP up-to-date
  • Lead root cause analysis investigation following customer complaint
  • Execute all elements of recall procedures if recall is warranted
  • Oversee all microbiological and allergen validation trials
  • Lead corrective actions related to customer audit findings
  • Lead the clean team to achieve safety, quality, savings, and productivity goals
  • Coordinate test trials and custom validation, including writing technical reports on results
  • Assist in developing the site logistics budget with a focus on continuously improving performance
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and operational redesign projects to improve performance and capacity
