Job Summary: 

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle and product delivery, product roadmap definition, and communication
• Plan, oversee, and launch new company products as well as recognize opportunities for improvement of internal business processes and existing products
• Develop new product opportunities through market research, combine those findings according to business objectives, and deliver quality results and outputs to satisfy product stakeholders

Job Summary: 

• Providing direct management of the EMEA FX Product Control group, with teams in London, Poland, and Budapest
• Providing oversight and direction for the deployment of new and additional technologies within FX, ensuring that this is aligned with the strategic direction of Product Control and globally consistent.
• Working closely with the regional Product Control Management team to ensure that the Regional and Product level priorities/direction are fully aligned.
• Ensuring that the corrective actions of all audits and regulatory findings are tracked and appropriately remediated consistently.
• Working closely with the regional business heads to ensure that Finance concerns are appropriately prioritized, providing regular updates on potential regulatory or control-related changes that will require Business support/involvement.
• Providing oversight of EMEA P&L and Balance Sheet reporting for FX.
• Driving for increased consistency in approach as well as deeper insight into the numbers.
• Chairing various global governance meetings relating to Reporting, Controls and Valuation.
• Working closely with the Product Control Global Policy, Controls and Governance team to provide input into the creation of any changes in policy or procedure, and then to ensure that those changes are consistently implemented within FX.
• Working closely with the FX valuations team to ensure regional Product and Valuation Control Groups have clear guidance on the latest challenges/priorities in the valuations space, particularly in response to regulatory findings.
• Assist in tech prioritization across the suite of systems in FX, ensuring robust connectivity with the strategic Finance systems globally.
• Manage and monitor remediation activities with FX for MRAs and MRIAs from the regulators
• Drive reengineering, process efficiencies, and continuous process improvement efforts to strengthen controls
• Act as a thought leader within the Finance team by sharing best practices and identifying enhancement opportunities for the team
