  • Prepares SEC documents utilizing the Workiva WDesk software platform
  • Assists in the preparation of the quarterly earnings releases
  • Maintains current awareness of SEC compliance with financial disclosure requirements
  • Calculates weighted average basic shares every quarter
  • Exhibits a knowledge of internal financial controls, identifies control weaknesses
  • Formulates and implements solutions to address identified control problems
  • Assists in the period-end general ledger close process by 
  • Prepare and post journal entries in the Microsoft Dynamics GP (“Great Plains”) general ledger system
  • Performs timely preparation of equity account reconciliations at each period-end
