• Develop and support an asset life cycle management program for facility assets, drive proactive capital and large expense projects to proactively replace and upgrade facility equipment/infrastructure and inform a 5–10 year capital plan
• Develop and maintain building and building system documentation as a tool to understand the operation and capacities of plant systems using tools such as process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), single line diagrams, capacity and load spreadsheets, functional specifications, installation, and operational qualification (IQ/OQ), commissioning documentation, etc.
• Develop a sequence of operations for building operations with a focus on energy management and work to ensure systems are operating as expected, including effective alarm indications for out-of-tolerance conditions.
