Job Summary:

Job Summary: 

• Provide electrical expertise and support for the operation and maintenance of the site’s electrical infrastructure to ensure reliable delivery of power for manufacturing activities.
• Develop and maintain the electrical infrastructure aspects of the site facilities master plan, and align this with the site capital plan.
• Provide electrical technical support to Site Project Teams to enable projects to be managed in line with GSK Engineering Standards.
• Proactively participate during the conception, design, tender, implementation, and closeout stages of all projects containing electrical content.
• Ensure that all documentation, manuals, and drawings are collated, controlled, and finalized during project closeout.
• Determine appropriate technology for projects, having due consideration for capital and lifetime cost, operability, and maintainability of electrical assets.
• Liaise with external suppliers on technical aspects of project proposals.
• Provide technical support to site electrical trades to enable fault finding of electrical plant, equipment, and apparatus.

• Undertake duties of Senior Authorised Person for the operation and maintenance of High Voltage Equipment and Apparatus on site in line with the GSK procedure for HV work and industry best practice.
