Job Summary:

• Provide Educational Technology guidance and expertise for grades K-8 faculty, especially in the areas of G Suite for Education and instructional programs such as MyBackPack, STEMScopes, Kami, and Great Minds Suites
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to design, develop, and deliver Educational Technology initiatives that align with the mission of the school and the needs of the classroom
• Support Educational Technology use through daily advising, collaborating, and training of teachers both in and out of the classroom
• Work collaboratively with the STEAM Specialist and Academic Coaches to ensure that technology resources are used efficiently and effectively to further Centennial’s STEAM identity
• Evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of current and future uses of Educational Technology in grades K-8
• Develop and deliver teacher and student training to foster full utilization of purchased online educational resources, provide proctor training as needed
• In partnership with the Assistant Principal for Academics, STEAM Specialist, and Technology Manager, research and propose new ways to enhance teaching and learning, promote innovation, and foster purposeful, meaningful, and creative integration of technology
• Function as a liaison with the Assistant Principal to ensure seamless coordination of technology tools supporting curriculum, instruction, and assessment
• In coordination with school policies and procedures, promote continued development and use of the school’s digital citizenship program, and current technology standards
• Identify online content that supports classroom lessons for teachers, school staff and students (e.g. enhance a teacher's options for content utilization and lesson integration through innovative use of school technology; ensure easy ongoing information access for teachers and students)
• Collaborate with STEAM content teachers to prepare scholars for school, district, and state STEAM fairs and competitions

Job Summary:

• Establishes cooperation with other Audio-Visual staff, software and hardware components to support multimedia applications and classroom technology
• Trains faculty on educational software
• Assists faculty in integrating technology into curricular components
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment and software related to multimedia used for classroom support, including but not limited to computer servers, interactive video equipment, document cameras, computer projectors, computers and VCRs
• Configures, installs, and troubleshoots Internet-based and server software
• Maintains inventory of equipment and supplies necessary to the functioning of the distance education portion of Audio-Visual
• Develops and conducts in cooperation with other Audio-Visual staff, faculty and staff development programs related to staff training in multimedia applications
• Work with the Director of Curriculum and Program Innovation and the Director of Technology to implement the schools device and software deployment plans
• Provide technology support to students, families, teachers, and staff (role is expected to include both on-campus and virtual support)
• Provide coaching, training, and support to employees on using Zoom video conferencing features for online and/or hybrid learning
• Manage logistics and reporting of technology-related projects (e.g., data collection, reporting, and follow-up of at-home device access survey and wifi speed tests)

Job Summary:

• Investigate, pilot and/or recommend new technology solutions to support learning
• Provide support to the campus community in use of educational technology tools
• Stay informed about emerging instructional software, classroom design, and pedagogical applications of technology to facilitate active learning
• Maintain technical expertise in areas such as learning management systems, e-portfolios, lecture capture, classroom design and standards, accessibility, etc.
• Collaborate with the Office of Learning and Teaching in support of faculty development (e.g., design, implementation and assessment of pedagogical workshops, synchronous and asynchronous training sessions, individualized one-on-one support and nurturing of tech-assisted pedagogies)
• Assist with reviewing learning spaces to foster technology adoption and new ways of learning.
• Produce quality learning videos/presentations with content from faculty. Services include studio shooting, editing, creating computer animations and publishing the material.
• Help faculty members use Learning Management Systems, lecture capture systems and other relevant educational technology and design fully online/blended courses effectively
• Conduct workshops on educational technologies for students, teaching assistants and faculty members
