• Accountable for ensuring contractor’s Control of the Well and the integrity of the Well and Installation.
• Verification of onsite planning & preparation activities to optimise the success of the operation.
• Ensures all activities agreed with the Contractor are performed and reported.
• Provide support and recommendations to the detailed operational instructions where necessary, in conjunction with the contractor’s supervision team at the site for all aspects of wells, in line with the relevant programs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure/verify contractor Management of materials, equipment and personnel at the worksite to ensure safe and efficient execution of the work program.
• Ensures accurate records and details of any and all tools that are used either on the surface or downhole.
• Fully & accurately report activities at the worksite, as per Petrofac & Client requirements.
• Participate in the morning and other operational calls with the Petrofac Project team in the head office and client
• Collect learnings during operations and input them into the Petrofac Lessons Learned system using WellAtlas.

• Assist the Staatsolie Rig coordinator in the execution phase of the campaign
• Contact person in the field between the company and the service providers
• Make sure that the execution is according the final approved drilling and lower completion program
• Give advice and constantly improve the operations success.
• Accountable for all HSEQ-related aspects on the Rig, and ensure continuous improvement of safety conditions.
