Job Summary:

• Design a highly available and scalable production environment.
• Bind development groups activities with operations delivery by defining and implementing the process of - Continuous Integration (CI). delivery, deploy, test, release.
• Implementing CI/CD processes - Internal Environment and External Cloud (Amazon - AWS) -Using Kubernetes cluster, Docker, APIGEE, NGINX, Jenkins and Nexus. 
• Creating nightly builds that include: setting up the servers/environment, building the components to Docker images, and microservices, - deploy to environment, automated behavioral tests (selenium).
• Building DevOps operation including design, implement and lead configuration management system development and deployment.
• Responsible for all systems in production: Incidents, problems and proactive activities, Embedding the ITIL standards.
• Implement and operate Atlassian applications - management (Jira and Confluence) to track and Assess velocity and effectiveness in delivery as well as overall quality and reliability.
• Improve code quality, testing cycles.
• Provide 24/7 on-call level 2 shifts (incident level issues only).
