• Accountable for achieving all agreed product and process quality targets as defined in the milestone requirements of the BCP/Engineering process.
• Translate customer requirements into well-defined product specifications and Critical to Quality parameters.
• Responsible for identifying relevant legal, regulatory, and customer requirements and standards regarding quality, fulfilling these requirements during product development.
• Responsible for monitoring, assessing, and implementing defined product quality activities in projects.
• Responsible for escalating potential quality issues, with the authority to block milestones
• Capture learnings from previous projects and initiate improvements. 
• Close the feedback loop from customer complaints by embedding the learnings into new design rules.
• Assure quality and reliability of new products (robust design) during the design stage according to the needs of the customer using the DFSS methodologies
• Support Industrial Quality in the definition/execution of CPA, FMEA, Control Plan, etc. for new products.
• Test planning and execution in-house and/or in proper testing institutes
• Audit the test plan and environment of suppliers to guarantee test reliability.

Job Summary: 

• Manage battery packs and cells, work with suppliers and cross-functional team members
• Evaluate battery product design (DFx), and develop battery modules focusing on quality and manufacturing processes.
• Manage the development and implementation of a quality control plan.
• Drive manufacturing improvements in both the early development phase and mass production of products.
• Lead failure analysis, root cause verification, and corrective action implementation
• Participate in or lead the team in support of the new product development process
• Ensure on-time completion of design controls deliverables including design verification and validation test plans and reports, design input output trace matrix, and external standard document

Job Summary: 

• Contribute as a subject matter expert in a cross-functional agile development team building and maintaining laboratory software.
• Identify clinical safety issues in application design or implemented functionality.
• Design detailed testing scenarios to validate application functionality and clinical safety.
• Record test scenarios into automated regression scripts using the InterSystems test automation toolkit.
• Coordinate and plan regression script coverage for release validation.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation including functional specifications, user stories, agile processes, and team reports.
• Take responsibility for Product Eco-check (RoHS, REACH, PVC/BFR free, etc)
• Builds productive internal/external working networks for test arrangement
