Job Summary:

• Handle and support requests from the countries and/or Functions of the Cluster for guidance on the processing of personal information 
• Provide direction to Countries supervisory bodies, line management and employees to ensure compliance with Privacy Standards 
• Design and drive the implementation of the Privacy Risk Management Plans to their Clusters/Countries 
• Prioritize and lead Cluster privacy initiatives to adopt business processes necessary for compliance with Privacy Standards (e.g. remedial actions implementation identified through privacy assessments) 
• Stay current with local privacy laws that affect their Clusters under their scope 
• Ensure that required training is performed by employees in their Clusters / Countries and input to the training materials to ensure that these are relevant

Job Summary:

• Lead, coordinate and support the work to manage compliance with Scania Group Policy 10, local data relevant laws and regulations, and actions in line with defined framework and procedures
• Administer and maintain the Data Protection Management System (Aster or equivalent), completing necessary records and keeping them up to date, also offering user support
• Act as the contact point for internal and external data protection matters, managing templates, guidelines etc.
• Support on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)
• Lead and coordinate vehicle data relevant projects (such as Vehicle Connectivity) with BD team
• Process inquiries and provide guidance on Data Protection and Privacy related matters internally, and externally to suppliers/dealers and other third parties 
• Conduct trainings for employees on data protection and privacy
• Be in charge of the China Data Protection Compliance Board, report the progress and activities of the data & privacy compliance program as well and propose to the Board with rationales
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments related to data protection and privacy, keep internal stakeholders (local Management Team, Legal team, Group Data Protection Office, BD team, IT team).
