• Lead implementation projects in a client-facing capacity, working with the Functional team to ensure successful implementation
• Delivery of multiple concurrent projects which consist of importing, analyzing, mapping and converting customer data
• Works with the Blackbaud hosting team to ensure Azure-based client implementation environments are created to support projects
• Supports preparation of scope change documents as necessary for additional work that is identified outside of the original contracted agreement
• Deliver Technical support to customers, including where that are undertaking data-related work with consultancy support from Blackbaud
• Assists with managing the internal development environments and contributes to the ongoing development of proprietary software tools, as well as best practice improvement of data conversion processes.
• Decrypt, Manipulate, Organize, Analyze Takeover Data throughout the Plan Takeover Process, with a focus on Participant Level Data.
• Coordinate the interaction with the new technology systems, including FIS/Omni, Salesforce, and vWise.
• Support the Regional Offices in the administrative tasks related to takeovers to create a more efficient, accurate and streamlined process and continue to improve the client experience.
• Coordinating the data needed to be uploaded into the various systems, enrollment and other communications, and the data needed to apply funds to participant accounts.
