• Work closely with overseas vendors to manage the tracking and receiving of all lab dips and bulk dye lots
• Ensure the process to maintain accurate color records and color approval histories in the color library
• Manage the team so that all color is managed and tracked in the PLM system

• Responsible for the color matching process, formulating/color matching customer targets. 
• Approve/adjust color concentrates before submission to molding.   
• Manufacture production and customer color chips utilizing plastic injection molding methods.
• Review the Molding Schedule Summary, including all colors needing to be produced, for changes including deadlines, shipment dates, and quantity updates.

• Compiles information on color forecasting and color market trends within automotive and other consumer markets such as architectural, industrial and consumer products.
• Stays current on color trend research and industry breakthroughs related to color, including key competitors to PPG.
• Develops copy, content, layout, and coordination for Global Color Shows, including scheduling and presenting color shows to OEM customers.
• Maintains inventory of OEM model colors by year, and performs data processing and analysis to prepare the Annual Global Color Popularity Report.
