1. The Change Management Analyst drives end-to-end adoption of IT-driven transformation (ownership) across complex, multi-project PMO portfolios and cross-functional stakeholders (scope), delivering measurable readiness, sustained behavior change, and mission-aligned outcomes through structured, data-informed change strategies (impact).

Define and measure project success metrics; monitor change progress and change load of the IT PMO project portfolio, project benefits, change management activities scheduled, completed and outcomes at both the individual and organizational levels
Coordinate efforts with other specialists and business units, including the organizational strategy and execution team, internal communications team, technical training and adoption team, and other IT PMO project teams
Ensure consistent, coherent presentation of IT projects for a variety of audiences communicating in multiple languages and cultural settings
With the technical training and adoption team, determine learning objectives and training approaches for employees; ensure training plans and content/materials are correct and consistently support learning objectives for each IT project
Support and coach senior leaders, people managers, project managers, and employees in their roles related to change initiatives
Facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, and lead training sessions as needed.
