The Automation Analyst identifies and develops RPA automation opportunities across business units, preparing detailed process documentation and building automation solutions based on defined business and functional requirements while coordinating quality assurance and user acceptance testing. Areas of Ownership

• Plan and document process changes within business units to facilitate automated processing and improve efficiencies and quality metrics.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, detailed process documentation including business and technical requirements, error handling, and exception procedures.
• Assist with all stages of process automation implementation to improve quality, accuracy, and thoroughness of each process.
• Develop RPA processes using Automation Anywhere based on defined business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate integrated quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
• Provide accurate and timely process status updates and documentation estimates.
• Work independently with minimal direction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
• 3+ years of professional or technical work experience required.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation, automation, and process improvement efforts preferred.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence strongly preferred.

The Automation Analyst develops and optimizes process automation tools for the Finance-Customer Contract Processing and Management team, gathering requirements from users and designing scalable solutions that integrate with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and robotic automation systems. Communicating across Operations, Finance, and senior leadership, the analyst reduces manual steps and increases workforce productivity through smart workflow design and ongoing process refinement.
