1. BA in Economics with 5 years of Experience
- Experience in the areas of operational and/or information technology internal audit, internal controls assessment
- Working experience in SOX 404 evaluation and testing, preferably in the financial services industry
- Prior experience including supervising and reviewing the work of others and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension both formally and informally to clients and our teams
- Experience with internal operational and technology audit planning and execution, including risk assessment
- Understanding the internal control design and effectiveness
- Strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to identify solutions that effectively address business and control needs
- Excellent Executive presence and communication skills

2. BA in Finance with 3 years of Experience
- Working experience in assisting in conducting audit procedures.
- Understanding of the Audit work paper requirements
- A good understanding of the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
- Ability to build relationships with co-workers while maintaining independence.
- Must have Professional Credentials CPA, CISA, MIIA, and/or CIA certifications
- Experience with public companies with public accounting or SEC experience
- Extensive experience in project management, audit planning, and assurance
- Strong current knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB, SPAC or SEC Reporting would be advantageous
