• Oversee the Audio-Visual network within the the auditorium, meeting rooms and online collaboration tools
• Run audio-visual support for high-profile hybrid, virtual, and physical events
• Mentoring the other members of the AV team upskilling to assist with the running of events
• Assist in architectural design and continual improvement of the Audio-Visual capabilities of the company
