• Doctorate in Nursing or related discipline, Master’s in Nursing

• Experience industrial related to the field of study and academic experience
• Significant research contribution in a relevant field.
• Experience working in a post-secondary institution where applied, industry-aligned programs in the school of engineering technology and industrial trades are offered.
• Strong knowledge of and substantial experience with the development, delivery, evaluation and program accreditation of Engineering college or university programs.
• Demonstrated leadership in post-secondary administration in a similar leadership position.
• Record of successful participation/leadership in applied research projects.
• Experience in leadership and innovation in technology-based projects.

Qualifications: BA in Public Administration with 6 years of Experience

• Experience in an educational setting teaching, training, and/or working directly with students
• Have experience in higher education
• Knowledge of college systems, particularly two-year colleges
• Commit to and ability to work with a diverse student and faculty population
• Demonstrate leadership and management skills
• Know and experience with developing and evaluating assessment strategies, student learning behaviors, student learning outcomes, program learning outcomes and HLC compliance

Qualifications: BS in Business Administration with 4 years of Experience
