Qualifications & Experience
- CII qualification or working towards it, educated to good A-level standard or equivalent.
- Experience of client renewals and identifying business opportunities, with the ability to extract and piece together information from a broad range of sources.
- Sound knowledge of general insurance and underlying legal principles and practices.
- Knowledge of underwriting and servicing accounts, preferably with a level of delegated underwriting authority.
- Ability to handle claim queries using technical knowledge to deliver an engaged service.
- Strong communication and social skills with clients and colleagues, with a high level of numeracy and literacy.
- Motivated, ambitious, and compassionate with the ability to deliver first-class service to clients.
