• Manage in-scope hardware assets through their entire lifecycle, including planning, acquisition, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and disposal.
• Fulfil ordering and purchasing activities, including quotation requests, purchase order creation, and invoice payment.
• Perform asset monitoring activities and keep track of warranties and maintenance agreements.
• Conduct inventory data cleanup and decommissioning activities as required.
• Participate in the evaluation of products, service offerings, and contracts, and oversee day-to-day vendor interactions to meet business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware asset management or equivalent IT experience.

• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC, an asset.

Requirements
