- Experience preparing drawings from schematic design to preparation of DOB filings and Construction Document coordination
- A good understanding of zoning and code, DOB, and related agency requirements
- Be comfortable coordinating MEP, Structural, and various disciplines with the proposed design set ready for filing, and construction
- High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and being familiar with NYC Code and Zoning rules
