Job Summary:

• Provide operational support to the air traffic control operation at Cambridge Airport.
• Document control and production in line with Cambridge Airport.
• Undertake audits by the company.
• Support the investigation of incidents, including 'log-taking' during an incident
• Conduct major investigations and liaise with other agencies who may be involved.
• Support the development and review of the departmental implementation of the company's Safety Management System and Quality Management System.
• Ensure that the implementation of Air Traffic Control procedures is compliant with the company policies.
• Communicate with Cambridge stakeholders including but not limited to the CAA, customers, Airlines, community representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Design and production of ATC procedures and processes required to support the operation. 
• Organizing and facilitating hazard analysis and impact assessments of changes.
• Coordinate the implementation of agreed procedures and projects.
• Attend and present at senior leadership meetings and relevant ad-hoc internal meetings
• Coordinate the use of the Air Traffic Control simulator to ensure Air Traffic Control Officers' training and development are coordinated with ABES and the Unit Training Plan.

Job Summary:

• Provide aerodrome/approach control services, flight information services and alerting services to aircraft operating in a specific area of responsibility
• Support unit management in delivering air traffic control services as per scheduled roster and in compliance with the ATS Operational Manual and regulations
• Monitor the serviceability status of equipment essential to the provision of air traffic services and report to the Shift Supervisor
• Report failures and potential risks that possibly constitute a safety hazard via the appropriate reporting platform
• Abide by instructions and administrative policies issued to staff about conduct in the operational area.
• Report any undesired state and/or incidents as and when they occur to operational management, and to the regulator via the appropriate reporting platform
• Promote and support the implementation of the ANS Safety Management System within specific areas of responsibility to ensure that safety remains primary to the delivery of Air Navigation Services
• Maintain document and procedure control to ensure that the Quality Management System is adhered to within the specific area of responsibility
• Maintain a thorough operational knowledge and understanding of the equipment and systems used to provide air traffic services in the job function’s specific area of responsibility for compliance.

Job Summary:

• Control flow of air traffic within assigned airspace using radar monitors, radio and other communication equipment and visual references
• Parallel Runway Arrivals and departures control, vector aircraft to final approach to the runway in use
• Ensuring that pre-operational checks are carried out
• Ensuring that efficient coordination is between all applicable control agencies

• Receive, post, and relay flight data information, clearances, and messages.
• Issue arrival and departure instructions, weather information, and special advisories to aircraft operating under control.
• Issue information and clearances for properly separating and sequencing aircraft.
• Coordinate with other controllers, facilities, and agencies to provide prompt ATC services.
• Coordinate arrival and departure times with flight operations.
