1. Marketing Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Create advertiser campaigns; work directly with advertiser to properly set up their campaign
- Ensure all tracking is properly working, with the goal of balancing company monetization and the client hitting their KPI’s
- Optimize the monetization of advertiser campaigns making sure the company is receiving maximum value / eCPM
- Create landing pages / microsites that are optimized for lead generation
- Optimize display ads in web and mobile app products
- Manage 3rd party tracking platforms
- Be the direct contact for programmatic and ad partners
- A strong history in optimizing digital products for revenue
2. Marketing Operations Manager Skills, Experience, Qualifications
- Previous experience in managing lead generation / CPA or CPL campaigns
- Very creative in order to come up with new campaign ideas
- Basic knowledge of HTML and pixel/s2s tracking
- Very analytical; excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics
- Strong knowledge of managing tracking/ad service platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience working in both mobile apps and web based products
- Experience managing designers and developers
- Previous history managing native ad campaigns
