1. Local Access Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute local access strategy for successful outcomes and reach Ipsen ambition
- Access drivers and barriers for local access including pricing across the local accounts
- Execute the local access strategy through strong collaboration with marketing, medical supply chains to remove obstacles to drive product usage.
- Develop and manage tailored business proposals to create partnership opportunities with key NHS influencers to unlock opportunities
- Work closely with brand lead to create value to the NHS that supports and drives brand success
- Contribute insights to the marketing leads to inform future plans and ensure future company success in Oncology
- Show a natural flair for team work with other LAMs and the wider commercial directorates to optimise ipsen commercial objectives
- Drive the LAM strategy for Oncology driving product success through exceeding agreed outcomes with the NHS partners
- Pay a leading active part within the infield team and identify opportunities to work collaboratives with cross functional teams to deliver brand objectives
- A commercial manager mindset that enables you to work across the NHS infrastructure in both primary and secondary care
2. Local Access Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 5 years plus previous pharmaceutical experience
- Previous work experience in a Health Development Programme Management role or Commercial Management experience
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Business and commercial acumen
- Extensive experience working across the whole NHS network including NHS directors, Payors, secondary care
- Ability to build and implement a local market access plan
- Extensive knowledge of the NHS creating opportunity for Ipsen brands
- Strong leadership and communication skills
