3D Modeler Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create 3D architectural building and interior models for rendering that showcase products
- Desire to grow with company and take on additional responsibility
- Portfolio, website or sample work required for consideration
- Adjust products and scenes to show layouts in different configurations
- Provide art direction to the renderer
- Create presentation material for research and design
- Potentially support product design process

3D Modeler Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 2-3 years’ experience with 3D modeling, and preparing graphic presentations in an architectural office.
- Extensive experience in 3ds Max, experience with or desire to learn Rhino 3D.
- Strong 3D modeling ability in polygons, knowledge of nurbs a plus.
- Good eye for interior design.
- Strong graphic design and visual layout sensibility.
- Need to demonstrate the ability to be independently creative.
- Speak / understand English clearly and write legibly.
- Great communication skills.
- Detailed and organized with ability to multitask
