  • Project Support: Support the Construction Project Managers to carry out inspections in a timely manner and work with them to complete Pre-Site Excavations (24hr) and where possible attend Pre Start Meetings with the CPM’s to support with Service Connection Requirements.
  • Traffic Management: Support off-site works with Traffic Management experience to complete Gold Standard Permit Sketches.
  • Partnership Collaboration: Work in partnership with contractor partners, business partners, and Trade Union colleagues.

  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee, manage, and direct all subcontractors and trade partners associated with the project.
  • Site Maintenance: Ensure the site is maintained to a high level of cleanliness and tidiness at all times, making sure all health and safety protocols are being met.
